Why the bottle does not work

- Paint-depth measurement first, so the clear coat is never thinned past safe.
- Inspection lights, because swirls hide in the shade.
What to do instead of buying another bottle
One correction, from $500, then a Ceramic Pro coating from $499 so the surface is harder than the wash mitt. Change the washing habit that caused the swirls: no brushes, two buckets, clean towels.
