Refinish your wheels in any color with a durable, factory-grade powder coat — tougher and longer-lasting than paint, for a completely custom look.
Our address is 4651 SW 51st St, Unit 812, Davie, FL 33314, and it has been for more than ten years. That is most of what this page is here to say. Elite Premium Detailing is not a van that pulls into your driveway or a booth that moves when the lease runs out — it is a climate-controlled shop in Davie, five minutes off I-595 and next door to the Hard Rock Hotel, where 4,600+ vehicles have been corrected, wrapped, filmed and coated.
Davie is a strange town for paint. Nova Southeastern's 314-acre campus sits on one side of it, Pine Island Ridge and the ranch properties on the other, and I-595, SR-84 and Griffin Road run grit across both. Add about 65 inches of rain a year, an average maximum UV index of 7 from May through September, and irrigation water that on a lot of Davie properties comes straight out of a private well. Most of this page is about that specific set of problems and what we actually do about them.
Every service we sell happens inside that one building — car wraps and color change, paint protection film, Ceramic Pro coatings, KAVACA window tint, paint correction, wheels and calipers. Nothing gets subcontracted and nothing leaves the shop. There is a free inspection before anything starts, a written price for your exact vehicle, and 0% financing for 12 months through Synchrony on every service we offer.
Elite Premium Detailing has run out of the same Davie address for more than ten years: 4651 SW 51st St, Unit 812, Davie, FL 33314. We are a Certified Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer, and 4,600+ vehicles have gone through this floor.
You can walk in during those hours, stand on the floor and look at a car that is mid-job. In this industry that is not a small thing.
South Florida water comes out of limestone. The Town of Davie's System III plant draws its groundwater from the Biscayne Aquifer and aerates, softens, filters, disinfects and fluoridates it before it ever reaches a hose. Even softened, it still leaves mineral behind when it dries on hot paint. That is all a water spot is.
The bigger problem in Davie is the water that gets no treatment at all. A lot of properties here irrigate from private shallow wells, and that water carries iron. When it lands on paint, glass and wheel faces and then bakes dry in the sun, the iron oxidizes and bonds to the surface — the same orange staining Davie homeowners fight on driveways, pavers and stucco. On a car it reads as a dull orange cast low on the doors, along the rockers and across the wheels, and a normal wash does not touch it.
Stacked on top of that:
None of this is exotic. It is just what a car parked outdoors in 33314 lives through — and it is why a coating that rinses clean and a film that eats the impact are worth more here than they are in most of the country.
Here is the part most shops skip. Wrap and film durability figures are published for vertical surfaces. Your doors and fenders are vertical. Your roof, hood and trunk lid are not, and they do not last the same.
We would rather you hear that before you pay than after. It changes real decisions: whether the roof gets wrapped at all, whether paint protection film goes on the hood underneath the vinyl, whether a coating goes over the top so the horizontal panels can be rinsed instead of scrubbed. If a shop quotes you one number of years for a whole car without asking where it parks, they are quoting you a brochure.
Davie clients do not have to pick a different shop per job. Wrap, film, coating, tint and correction all happen here, on the same car, on the same schedule, by the same crew.
Anything not priced above is quoted per vehicle after a free inspection. We do not publish a range and then adjust it once you are standing in the shop.
Most wraps and coatings that fail early in Florida fail because of how the car was washed, not how it was installed. The film makers are specific about this, so we are too.
The first visit is an inspection, and it costs nothing. We go over the paint with you under lights, tell you what needs correcting before anything goes over it, and hand you a written price for your exact vehicle. No deposit to book it.
Davie sprawls, so here are the reference points. We are south of I-595 near Griffin Road, minutes from Nova Southeastern University's 314-acre campus and from Pine Island Ridge — the 101-acre natural area that holds the highest natural elevation in Broward County, all 29 feet of it. Downtown Davie's western-themed district and the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds are a short drive north. The Hard Rock Hotel is next door.
Davie is also one of the last places in South Florida where horses are legally kept on residential property, with town-maintained equestrian trails on the west side. The practical version of that, for a shop: the same bay takes a ranch-road pickup in the morning and a garage-kept exotic in the afternoon, and neither one gets a different standard.
Because we are here, everything around us is close. Cooper City is under ten minutes. Plantation is one exit west on I-595. Hollywood is ten minutes up US-441, Fort Lauderdale fifteen minutes down the 595, Weston straight down Royal Palm Boulevard, and Miami about thirty minutes up the Turnpike. If you are outside Davie, the areas we serve page has the page for your city.
4651 SW 51st St, Unit 812, Davie, FL 33314 — south of I-595 near Griffin Road, next door to the Hard Rock Hotel. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and you are welcome to walk in during those hours. If you want the inspection done properly and someone's full attention while you compare finishes, call or text (786) 876-7891 first and we will hold a slot for you.
No, and no honest installer will tell you otherwise. Manufacturers publish durability for vertical surfaces: 3M rates Wrap Film Series 2080 at up to eight years of MCS Warranty on vertical applications, and Avery Dennison defines durability as performance in vertical exposure conditions, with shorter terms for anything off vertical. Sun angle is the reason, and in South Florida it is unforgiving. We plan around it during the inspection — sometimes that means paint protection film under the vinyl on the hood, sometimes a coating over the top so the roof gets rinsed instead of scrubbed.
Usually, yes. That is iron out of the well water that oxidized on the surface, and it comes off with proper decontamination rather than washing harder. What decides the job is how long it sat and whether it has etched into the clear coat, which is exactly what the free inspection is for. Surface staining comes out with decontamination and polishing. If it has etched, that is paint correction. Once the paint is clean again, a coating is what makes the next round rinse off instead of bonding.
Yes, through our Loaner Car Assistance. Enterprise is about a mile from us. We book it at our partner rate, around $35 a day, and drive you there. When you are done you leave the rental at the branch and they bring you back to the shop. We do not charge for either ride. Being straight about it: this is help getting a rental, not a free courtesy car.
The entire shop, not one booth, and it changes two different things. Dust and humidity are what put bubbles and lifted edges under film, so the install itself needs a controlled room. Coatings then need a stable environment to flash and cure properly, which a driveway in a Davie August is the opposite of. 3M goes as far as recommending that wrapped vehicles be stored in a temperature-controlled garage — which tells you what heat does to film even after it is on the car.
