What happens between drop-off and pickup
Two to three days for a front end, about a week for a full body. The car stays indoors the entire time.
- Free inspection. Paint checked under lights with you there; existing chips from Pines Boulevard get flagged, because they have to be touched up before film covers them. You leave with a written price.
- Decontamination. Iron fallout, tar and construction dust off the paint, then clay. Whatever is sealed under the film stays there for a decade, so this step is done properly.
- Hand installation, edges wrapped. Each piece cut for your car, laid wet, squeegeed and heat-set, with the edge wrapped around the panel instead of trimmed short of it.
- Cure, inspect, register. The film sets indoors, gets a final pass under light, and the install is logged with the manufacturer and reported to CARFAX against your VIN.
What the warranty covers on a Pembroke Pines car
Urban is covered for 10 years against yellowing, cracking and peeling. Ceramic Pro PPF is covered for the lifetime of the original factory paint. Both are manufacturer warranties registered by us as the certified installer, and both show up on CARFAX, which matters when the car changes hands.
