From the 595 to keys back

Two to three days for a front end, about a week for a full body, and the car stays indoors from drop-off to pickup.

• Free inspection. Paint checked under lights with you there. Existing chips, swirls or salt etching get named, and you leave with a written price for your car.
• Salt and iron come off first. A Fort Lauderdale car carries more bonded contamination than an inland one. Iron remover, tar remover and clay before any film, because what gets sealed under urethane stays there.
• Hand installation in a closed bay. Each piece cut for your car, laid wet, squeegeed and heat-set, with edges wrapped around the panel so there is no exposed line to catch dirt.
