- Hand wash or touchless. No brushes.
- pH-neutral soap. No cleaner waxes, no abrasive "ceramic" sprays.
- Bird droppings, love bugs and sap off within a day.
- Dry with a towel or blower; do not let sprinkler water dry on the car.
Once a year: the Ceramic Maintenance Detail
Walkthrough inspection under lights, iron and fallout decontamination, safe wash, a top-up of the coating to restore full hydrophobics, glass and wheels, interior. It is the service that makes a five-year coating last five years, and Ceramic Pro requires it to keep the warranty valid.
What maintenance does not mean
No waxing, no polishing, no reapplying the coating. If someone offers to "reapply" a professional coating every year, they are selling a sealant.
Signs it needs attention
Water stops beading, the surface feels rough after a wash, or spots do not wipe off. That is contamination on top of the coating, and the maintenance detail removes it.
