Elite Premium Detailing — No‑Refund Deposit & Scheduling Policy (Florida)

1) Scope
Applies to all services (PPF, ceramic coating, tint, detailing) performed by Elite Premium Detailing in Florida, including shop and approved mobile jobs.

2) Deposit requirement

A non‑refundable booking deposit equal to 25% of the estimate + taxes and processing fees is required to reserve your date and allocate, order/cut materials and technician time. The deposit is credited to your final invoice upon completion.

3) Cancellations

If you cancel for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.

If Elite cancels or is unable to perform the scheduled service, we will refund your deposit in full to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4) Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment; your deposit will transfer to the new date.

Additional reschedules or notice given inside 48 hours are treated as a cancellation (deposit forfeited).

5) No‑shows & late arrivals

A no‑show or arrival 55 minutes or more late without prior notice results in deposit forfeiture. A new deposit is required to rebook.

If you’re late but we can still complete the work safely and on time, we will; otherwise we’ll reschedule per Section 4.

6) Custom/special‑order materials

Many services require pre‑cut or special‑order film/parts matched to your vehicle. These are not reusable/returnable. Deposits cover these costs. If you cancel, Elite may retain some or all of the deposit to cover materials ordered/cut and reserved technician time.

7) Vehicle condition & prep

Please bring the vehicle clean and emptied. Unexpected contamination or correction needs may require additional services/time. If you decline required add‑ons for safe/quality work, your deposit may be applied to inspection/lost‑time/materials and the remainder forfeited.

8) Pricing & authorization

Elite will not exceed your approved estimate without your consent. If scope must change and you decline, we may retain an amount from your deposit for materials already ordered/cut and booked labor time, and will refund any remainder per Section 10.

9) Weather & force majeure

Severe weather, supply issues, or events beyond our control may require rescheduling. Your deposit will transfer to a new date or be refunded if we cannot complete within a reasonable time.

10) Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. If unavailable, we may issue a company check or electronic refund to the original payer.

11) Chargebacks & disputes

Because deposits secure time and materials, chargebacks initiated after acknowledging this policy may be contested with signed/initialed documents, scheduling logs, and material invoices.

12) Governing law & venue

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue: Broward County, Florida.

13) Acceptance
By booking, paying a deposit, signing/initialing an estimate or work authorization, or leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge and accept this No‑Refund Deposit Policy.
